George Will this week from the Washington Post in his opinion states that…
“Trump is no longer the worst person in government”. He writes that “Trump is what he is, a floundering, inarticulate jumble of gnawing insecurities and not-at-all compensating vanities, which is pathetic. Pence is what he has chosen to be, which is horrifying.”
Trump is not alone when it comes to the ridiculous operations of the White House. It has been reported and there is ample evidence that Vice President Pence is just as bad as Donald Trump. On Thursday of this week, Mike Pence told Andrea Mitchell of MSNBC in an interview that it is time for Robert Mueller, special counsel for the Russia investigation, to “Wrap it up”.
Really?!!! How convenient. This Republican administration expected that the Mueller investigation would have been over by December of 2017, but thanks to the help of Donald Trump’s recent acquired counsel of Rudy Giuliani, the council will go on. Rudy Giuliani continuously says things on public TV that hurts the Trump case and helps the Mueller investigation, so I don’t know why Robert Mueller would stop now. It is my opinion that Mueller will continue with his investigation process well past the midterm elections this November. In the meantime, Rudy Giuliani is now part of the Trump attorney team to help end the Mueller investigation, starting with a possible firing of the Attorney General Rosenstein. There will be more to come here on someone who claims to be Trump’s attorney – Michael Cohen. It looks as if the president and his lawyers are making wild attempts to get Mueller taken down. Meanwhile, Trump knows that he has the power to just fire Rosenstein and get an Attorney General sworn in that would fire Robert Mueller, but it will be for a political price and also can work against him in an obstruction of justice case. Even though Trump claims he would never fire Mueller, everyone who has been following the Russia investigation with Mueller and the president seems to think that this may be Trump’s only choice. Why? Because eventually Mueller will get to Trump and ask him to testify in the Russia investigation. Everyone also knows that Trump will not willingly do that even though he spreads the lie that he will interview with Mueller if he is asked. None of his lawyers would allow it even if Trump is forced to testify. Before that happens, the case would be determined by the Supreme Court. Then Trump will testify as he will have no choice.
Also, the U.S. Congress who seems to back the president in everything that he does, most likely will turn against him if Rosenstein or Mueller are fired.
But in the meantime, you have the Vice-President of the United States, Mike Pence, wishing that the investigation would end. He claims that Trump is a man of his word and a man of action. He totally supports the president.
But in a column from
But even more of an explanation of Mike Pence, on MSNBC – Nicole Wallace’s show, asked a longtime Republican political operative Steve Schmidt who is a frequent visitor on MSNBC, stated the following…
“He is a titanic, and I mean a titanic fraud. We’ve listened to this guy for many many years in this country and his moral high horse, assaulting the dignity of gay people, across the board. His moral preening is famous across the land, yet he is the most obsequious of all of Trump’s cultists in the Cabinet. There have been occasions, as George Will points out, Pence would speak of Trump in front of Trump, Pence complements him in an average of every 3.2 seconds. We have never seen such slobbering servility by a high government official in this country than we do with Mike Pence and Donald Trump. It is amazing.”
To think that this is what the country will have as president someday when Mueller takes down the president the new 46th President of the United States, Mike Pence. But it is what it is. You would think that Pence suspects that he may be President of the United States someday, but when he totally supports a president like Donald Trump, how successful could he ever be when the time comes. Of course, you would expect that the Vice-President of the United States would be totally behind his boss, the president. But it is a no-win situation for him.
While Pence was in the US Congress, he had several different views and did not support all the views of Donald Trump, but now for some reason, his views are now exactly like Donald Trump. He does not stand on his own. Mike Pence is Donald Trump’s muppet. He will do and say what he is told, even though in his heart he may not truly believe what he has to say or do. Mike Pence could help guide the president, especially when it came to world affairs, like studying the Iranian Nuclear Agreement a little more before pulling out like Trump did this week. Donald Trump’s presidency is now officially a total disaster as he made the worst mistake in his presidency when he pulled out of the Iranian Nuclear Agreement not with just Iran but the P5 +1 and the EU. Mike Pence’s tenure as Vice-President is now scorched by his insistent following of the disgusting deeds of Donald Trump,
