Trump Facts – And They Are Not Good

Imagine if any other president, Democrat or Republican had a record of corruption like Donald J. Trump.
Here are the Trump Facts that no sane person would deny…
1st – Trump is a Soulless POS.

The claim that Donald Trump is “soulless” is a subjective characterization made by critics, journalists, and mental health professionals who argue he lacks empathy, remorse, and moral conscience.

2nd – He’s had 2 Impeachments and the next one may count.

Donald Trump was impeached twice by the U.S. House of Representatives on December 18, 2019, and January 13, 2021, making him the only president in U.S. history to be impeached twice.

First Impeachment: The House voted on two articles—abuse of power (230–197) and obstruction of Congress (229–198)—following an inquiry into Trump’s dealings with Ukraine. The Senate trial began on January 16, 2020, and concluded with his acquittal on February 5, 2020.

Second Impeachment: Charged with incitement of insurrection after the January 6 Capitol attack, Trump was impeached just seven days before leaving office.  The Senate trial commenced on February 9, 2021, ending in a second acquittal on February 13, 2021, with 57 senators voting guilty and 43 not guilty

4th – He has been indicted 4 times

Trump was charged for falsifying business records, but sentenced with unconditional discharge on January 10, 2025 after he won the presidency.

Trump was charged with mishandling National Security documents but the case was dismissed  without prejudice July 15, 2024, by Judge Aileen Cannon not without prejudice, but in its entirety with prejudice, based on the grounds that the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional

Judge Aileen Cannon favored Trump in every instant. She disregarded the facts and Trump got away with a conviction when all the facts pointed to Trump being guilty of mishandling National Security documents. He took documents from the Whitehouse when he was evicted from the Whitehouse after his first term, and pictures of the boxes of files were found in a bathroom at Mara Largo.

5th – There are 5 brats in his life.

Donald Trump has five children from his three marriages: Donald Trump Jr.Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump with his first wife Ivana TrumpTiffany Trump with his second wife Marla Maples; and Barron Trump with his third wife Melania Trump. Donald Trump Jr. (born 1977), Ivanka Trump (born 1981), and Eric Trump (born 1984) are the eldest siblings, all of whom have served as executive vice presidents at the Trump Organization. Tiffany Trump (born 1993) works outside the family company and specializes in technology and cyber national security, while Barron Trump (born 2006) is the youngest and recently began attending New York University’s Stern Business School.

Collectively, these five siblings have 11 grandchildren between them, with Donald Jr. having five children, Ivanka having three, Eric having two, and Tiffany expecting her first child.

6th – He’s had Five Draft Deferments

Donald Trump received five deferments from the military draft during the Vietnam War, according to a new report, including one medical exemption for a problem with his heels.

Trump was granted one medical and four educational deferments, which kept him out of the conflict, The New York Times reported Monday.

7th – He filed for bankruptcy 6 times.

Donald Trump’s businesses have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy six times between 1991 and 2014, though Trump himself has never filed for personal bankruptcy. These filings involved over-leveraged casino and hotel entities that used the legal process to restructure debt while often allowing Trump to retain licensing fees and reduce his ownership stake.

The six specific corporate bankruptcies are:

  • Trump Taj Mahal (1991): Filed after failing to cover $47.3 million in bond payments on $3 billion in debt.

  • Trump Castle (1992): Restructured $338 million in debt, forcing Trump to surrender 50% equity to bondholders.

  • Trump Plaza Hotel (1992): Filed with over $550 million in debt; Trump gave up a 49% stake and management duties.

  • Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts (2004): The largest filing with $1.8 billion in debt, reducing Trump’s stake from 56% to roughly 27%.

  • Trump Entertainment Resorts (2009): Filed during the financial crisis with $1.74 billion in debt; Trump resigned as chairman.

  • Trump Entertainment Resorts (2014): A second filing for the same entity due to continued losses at the Taj Mahal, leading to its eventual closure.

8th – He’s been on the Epstein Plane 7 different times.

Donald Trump flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet at least seven to eight times between 1993 and 1997, according to flight logs and a January 2020 email from an assistant U.S. attorney.  While Trump publicly claimed in 2024 that he was “never on Epstein’s Plane,” released documents confirm multiple trips, with pilot Larry Visoski testifying under oath to Trump’s presence.

Specific documented flight dates include:

  • April 23, 1993: Teterboro, NJ to Palm Beach, FL (Co-passengers: Epstein, Erin Nance Hill).

  • October 11, 1993: Palm Beach, FL to Teterboro, NJ (Co-passengers: Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Dawn Devito).

  • October 17, 1993: Palm Beach, FL to Teterboro, NJ (Co-passengers: Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Dawn Devito).

  • May 15, 1994: Palm Beach, FL to Washington, DC, and onward to Teterboro, NJ (Co-passengers: Epstein, Marla Maples, Tiffany Trump’s Nanny).

  • August 13, 1995: Palm Beach, FL to Teterboro, NJ (Co-passengers: Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Eric Trump).

  • January 5, 1997: Palm Beach, FL to Newark, NJ (Co-passengers: Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Mark Epstein).

  • July 19, 1997: Palm Beach, FL to Teterboro, NJ (Co-passenger: Epstein).

A 2020 prosecutor’s email noted that Trump traveled on at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996, including one instance where only Trump, Epstein, and an unnamed 20-year-old woman were aboard. The Department of Justice stated in 2026 that some documents contained “untrue and sensationalist claims” against Trump, but confirmed the release of flight records showing these travels.

9th – He’s had at least 26 Assault Accusations

At least 26 women have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct, encompassing 43 instances of alleged unwanted sexual contact ranging from non-consensual kissing and groping to rape. These allegations, detailed in the 2019 book All the President’s Women, span from the 1970s to 2016 and include accusations from models, beauty pageant contestants, business partners, and journalists.

Legal Findings and Denials In May 2023, a civil jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse against writer E. Jean Carroll regarding an incident in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the mid-1990s, ordering him to pay damages; the jury did not find sufficient evidence to prove her specific claim of rape.  Trump has consistently denied all allegations, characterizing them as a “hoax” or politically motivated, and has not faced criminal convictions for these charges.

Notable Accusers and Incidents

  • Jessica Leeds alleged Trump groped her on a first-class flight in the late 1970s.

  • Ivana Trump, his first wife, described an encounter in a 1989 divorce deposition using the word “rape,” though she later clarified she did not mean it in a literal criminal sense.

  • Natasha Stoynoff, a People magazine writer, accused him of forcibly kissing her at Mar-a-Lago in 2005.

  • Summer Zervos, a former The Apprentice contestant, alleged unwanted kissing and groping in 2007

  • Amy Dorris, a former model, is cited as the newest accuser in some reports, alleging assault at the 1997 US Open.

10th – He has 34 Felony Convictions

Donald Trump was convicted on May 30, 2024, of 34 felony counts of first-degree falsifying business records in New York, making him the first former U.S. president convicted of a crime.  The charges stemmed from a scheme to conceal a $130,000 hush money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign by falsifying invoices and checks to reimburse his attorney, Michael Cohen.

On January 10, 2025, Judge Juan Merchan sentenced Trump to an unconditional discharge, meaning he remains a convicted felon but faces no prison time, fines, or probation.  The judge cited constitutional protections afforded to the president-elect as the reason for avoiding harsher penalties, though he emphasized this did not excuse the underlying crimes. Trump has appealed the conviction, arguing presidential immunity, but the verdict currently stands on his record.

11th – He’s been charged with 88 felonies

Former President Donald Trump was charged with a total of 88 felony counts across four separate criminal indictments between 2023 and 2025, making him the first U.S. president to face criminal charges. As of late 2025, 34 of these counts resulted in convictions while the remaining 52 charges were dismissed.

Convictions and Sentencing The 34 felony convictions stem from the New York hush-money case, where a Manhattan jury found Trump guilty on May 30, 2024, of falsifying business records in the first degree. On January 10, 2025, Judge Juan Merchan sentenced Trump to an unconditional discharge, meaning the criminal conviction stands on his record but he received no jail time, fines, or probation.

Breakdown of the Four Cases The 88 original charges were distributed across four distinct legal battles involving state and federal prosecutors:

  • New York State Case: 34 counts of falsifying business records related to hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels; resulted in 34 guilty verdicts.

  • Federal Classified Documents Case: 40 counts (originally 37, later superseded) involving willful retention of national defense information and conspiracy to obstruct justice in Florida; charges were dismissed.

  • Federal Election Interference Case: 4 counts related to conspiracy to defraud the United States and obstruct the 2020 election certification; charges were dismissed.

  • Georgia Election Interference Case: 13 counts (reduced from an original 41-count indictment) alleging violations of RICO and conspiracy to commit forgery; charges were dismissed.

12th – He’s pleaded the fifth 440 times.

President Donald Trump invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than 440 times during a civil deposition in his first presidency with the New York Attorney General‘s office in August 2022.  According to multiple reports citing sources with knowledge of the session, he answered only one question—confirming his name—while repeatedly stating “same answer” to decline further inquiries regarding the investigation into his business practices.

Context and Implications The deposition was part of Letitia James‘s investigation into whether the Trump Organization misrepresented asset valuations for financial gain. While no adverse inference of guilt can be drawn in criminal cases, legal experts note that in civil proceedings, a judge may infer that withheld testimony would have been unfavorable to the party invoking the privilege.  This strategy mirrored previous depositions in the same probe where Eric Trump and former CFO Allen Weisselberg each invoked the Fifth Amendment over 500 times.

Contradiction with Past Statements The event drew significant attention because Donald Trump had previously criticized others for pleading the Fifth, famously stating in a 2016 rally that “the mob takes the Fifth” and asking, “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?” Following his 2022 deposition, he reversed this stance, claiming he exercised the right because his family and company were targets of a “politically motivated Witch Hunt.”

He’s the first President EVER to be charged with a State or Federal crime.

He’s the first President EVER to be impeached twice.

He’s the first President EVER to be indicted 4 times.

He’s the first President EVER to have a MUG SHOT.

He’s the first President EVER to have a Probation Officer.

He’s the first President EVER to be charged with 88 felonies.

He’s the first President EVER to be convicted of 34 felonies.

He’s the first President EVER to incite a Domestic Terrorist Attack.

President Trump is such a stand up guy. All Republicans that still follow him need to be just like him.

Sexual Misconduct by Donald J. Trump

So far in Donald Trump’s life, he has been publicly accused by 28 women, who have either have claimed sexual misconduct, including rape, sexual assault, unwanted groping, and kissing. Actually, the total number of accusers varies depending on the types of incidents counted. He acted to satisfy himself, with no consideration of how the women he attacked felt.

There have been public accusers, which included documented timelines, such as those compiled on Wikipedia, with at least 28 individual women.

Donald Trump’s Civil Court Outcomes while never criminally convicted for these acts, was found liable by a federal civil jury in 2023 for the sexual abuse of writer E. Jean Carroll.

There are cataloged accounts such as published in a book ‘All the President’s Women’ – have cataloged accounts and allegations from upwards of 40 to nearly 70 women depending on how unverified or peripheral claims are categorized.  Of course, the liar that Trump is, he has adamantly denied all accusations.

But regardless of what he says, which most of the time is just a lie, he has been accused of sexual conduct with the following women…

  1. Jessica Leeds
  2. Ivana Trump
  3. Kristin Anderson
  4. Jill Harth
  5. E. Jean Carroll
  6. Cathy Heller
  7. Temple Taggart
  8. Mariah Billado
  9. Karena Virginia
  10. Bridget Sullivan
  11. Tasha Dixon
  12. Mindy McGillibray
  13. Rachael Crooks
  14. Natasha Stoymoff
  15. Jessica Drake
  16. Ninni Leaksonen
  17. Summer Zervos
  18. Cassandra Searles
  19. Alva Johnson
  20. Lisa Boyne
  21. Amy Dorris
  22. Stacey Williams

Trump is a sexual predator. He’s been abusing women for over 50 years of record. But for whatever reason, the only sexual case that he has been convicted of is with the attack of E. Jean Carrol in an apartment store. Trump is a disgusting human being. The sickofants that follow him after knowing about his past along with his convictions, are ignorant and blind. He has been destroying the country in his second reign as president, but people seem to care less.

In a 2005 recording with Billy BushDonald Trump made lewd remarks about women, stating: “I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ‘em by the pussy. You can do anything.”

That’s pretty sick. But if you ask my Republican friends about it, they will tell you that Trump is a good person. Trump decided willingly and willfully to act in this manner. It was his decision to do so. It was one decision point of Donald Trump that may not only put him in jeopardy to keep his freedom someday when the Democratic Oversight Committee takes form in November of 2006. Unending hearings will be taking place, and everyone will finally realize what an evil man Donald J. Trump is. He may pardon all of the January 6th rioters and other that do not deserve a pardon, but he will not be able to pardon himself. President Donald Trump pardoned nearly 1,600 individuals charged or convicted in connection with the January 6 United States Capitol attack on January 20, 2025, the first day of his second term. The proclamation granted full pardons to most defendants and commuted the sentences of 14 specific individuals, including leaders of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys convicted of seditious conspiracy.

Donald Trump is a WEAK COWARD !

March 6, 2025

You might get the impression by the title of this article that I’m a little upset. Well, you are right.

Trump backed down again,  and of course I’m glad that he did, just one month after he backed down the first time over tariffs. I’m not mad because he backed down. I’m mad because of the chaos he has personally created, the pain that people have already suffered, and now he can stop the pain by HIS choosing, when he didn’t have to inflict it in the first place. He thinks he is more than a king. He thinks he is God. He feels he has the right to play with our lives at his whim. That’s why I am mad. TRUMP IS EVIL.

The second thing I’m mad about is because the U.S. Congress is allowing the president to initiate tariffs, when in fact POTUS does not have that power. It belongs to Congress and ONLY Congress can initiate a tariff. So why are we going through this? It’s because Republicans control all three branches of government so they continue to be silent and let Trump do his damage because they themselves are also COWARDS.

Wall Street was the greatest example today that has caught on to Donald Trump’s tactics and what it would take to get him to back down from tariffs. Trump watched the stock market intently today, and just 20 minutes from closing, he makes the announcement that he is suspending his own tariffs. But by then, it was too late. Does Wall Street know that he means that he won’t initiate them again?  The markets still crashed. Well they don’t have to guess, because in his announcement, he stated that he was suspending the tariffs until April 2nd. No big deal right? Even though it just so happens to be a few days before TAX DAY. That is and will be ANOTHER stupid and cowardly move by president Trump if he implements tariffs right before tax day, or ever for that matter.

Wall Street knows that Trump is a pathological liar. When it comes to economics, Trump doesn’t understand a thing. So why did he back down? For one thing, the actual definition of a tariff forced him to back down. SO HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT A TARIFF IS! It doesn’t hurt the countries exporting to the United States, it hurts the American consumer who will use those products. It hurts people who purchase imported goods. That’s who it hurts. When the stock markets started to tank because of tariffs today, and millions of people and major businesses were being immediately effected, Trump backed down and now every country in the world knows that Trump is a COWARD. He stopped the tariffs just one day after he implemented them. It was important for him to inflict “pain”. Donald Trump labeled himself a coward when he initiated tariffs that he knew would hurt the American people and that he couldn’t posibilly continue with them, long term. He now realized that he can’t keep them in place in short term. Everyone knew that Trump would back down. And on April 2nd, he will back down again, but maybe a miracle will happen and he won’t initiate tariffs at all. He knows that the only citizens that will be most effected, especially by our closest neighbor of Canada will be the U.S. citizens. Will he ever apologize for implementing “PAIN” on the American people? Trump doesn’t even know what a simple apology is. He should be on the side of Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, Ukraine and people within Europe. But he’s not. He’s on the side of Putin. All democratic countries are outraged.

So why in his right mind does Trump continuously hurt his citizens? He takes pleasure out of it. He thinks it’s right that his people have to experience “PAIN” as he stated more than once and even indicated this admission in his ridicules 99 minute speech to a joint session of Congress last night. He rambled on and on in the longest speech to joint members of Congress, EVER. He always has to do everything more, including the ability to inflict punishment on his people.

Did you notice that he didn’t mention Medicaid and Social Security even once? Again, that will be in another post. Why not? But I’ll briefly touch on it here. Because he didn’t want to say publicly in that speech what he planned to do with those programs.  It’s right out of the 2025 Republican playbook. But it’s no secret. He wants to cut the funds from both programs, and let’s not forget about Social Security. Just before the speech last night, he mentioned Social Security and stated that there would be no cuts. Like I said, Trump is a pathological liar. If he had his way, he would take funds from Social Security and believe me when I say that he will try. Mark my words., or prove me wrong.  If Social Security is still around in another 6 months, your benefit will be drastically reduced, and at the same time Medicaid may not exist, with many slashes to Medicare. Costs for everything concerning medicine, services and anything medical will go up. But of course, Donald Trump just doesn’t care. He has the government take care of his medical needs at taxpayers expense of course.

Regarding imports, let’s talk about  an import that Americans take advantage of every day and cannot live without. I will also discuss this in detail in a later post. That would be about COFFEE. Do you realize that not one ounce of coffee is every grown here in the United States? Really! Think about if the American people couldn’t make a cup of coffee in the morning because we could no longer import coffee. What would happen to Starbucks in the United States and Starbucks World Wide?  Do you know that Starbucks employs almost 500,000 people world wide. People working to support coffee products total into the millions of people. No coffee, lost jobs, and lots pissed off people. There would be massive layoffs and business closings if we didn’t have that simple luxury of coffee. That’s what you would have. But Trump’s idea is that America should not be buying a single thing from another country. Not even coffee beans. He wants America to be completely self sufficient. That would be great in a Perfect World, but we all know that this is not the case. Every country in the world except North Korea, including Russia is involved in international trade, but Donald Trump doesn’t want that, because he wants everything his way or no way. He’s doing a super great job trying to isolate the United States of the America from the world. He’s trying to play God, but what he is demonstrating is that he is a Coward, not a leader that anyone can respect. He thinks he needs to be in the news each and every day. If the news is not about him, it’s not important. Even his Republican base is abandoning him because his policies and his actions are affecting them too, not just Democrats. Many voted for him, and now he’s taking their jobs. Why would he care? He will never run for re-election under the present rules in the Constitution unless he gets the ability to change the Constitution in his favor. And he is such an autocrat that he will try to do that at the end of his term, unless he finally gets tired enough as being the oldest president of the United States. After all, the way he is thinking, because the Chinese President XI now to be  China’s permanent president just because he said he wanted to and has decided never to step down, Trump thinks he can do that too. Who cares what the Constitution says, because Donald Trump doesn’t care what’s in the Constitution. Will anyone stop him. Yes, tough times are ahead, but Americans need to push through all this nonsense and in four years, welcome in Democracy while hopes are up that the Democratic countries around the world will accept us back with open arms.
